Introduction







Purpose


     This project aims to investigate and assess the information systems implemented throughout the AMC’s dynamic and structured process. This project will demonstrate AMC's steps in deploying its information systems within these processes through mobile apps, social platforms, and other technology. We intend to identify its advantages and expose its disadvantages, then develop fixes and suggestions to boost productivity and provide them with a competitive advantage.  


Thesis Statement

    Our group's discussion will center on AMC, including their duties and expectations and how their information systems help them accomplish their goals. We will determine which tasks MIS tool analysis could simplify and whether the organization's present systems are the best choice. Analysis and recommendations will help show support for the business strategy.We hope to reach a decision and offer AMC helpful suggestions that will enhance their Management Information System Procedures; all realistic options will be considered and assessed.
